The Options menu in the Dmake Jobs Graph Window provides the following commands:

Graph Opens the Graph Options dialog box, in which you can set the time intervals displayed on the x-axis of the Jobs graph (in seconds, minutes, or hours) and set the Graph update interval in seconds.
Show Total Elapsed Time Shows the total elapsed time at any point during the build.
