If you started the Sun WorkShop^TM programming environment tools from either XEmacs or GNU Emacs, you can quit Sun WorkShop without quitting the editor.

To disconnect Sun WorkShop from either XEmacs or GNU Emacs:

• Choose WorkShop Quit WorkShop.

If you try to start Sun WorkShop from an editor and Sun WorkShop does not connect to the editor or does not appear at all, disconnect Sun WorkShop from the editor by choosing WorkShop Quit WorkShop.
