Setting the Maximum Lines of Output for the list command

By default, the number the maximum number of lines of output for the dbx list command is 10. When running dbx outside of Sun WorkShop, you can set the default number of lines shown by the list command.

To set the maximum lines of output for the list command:

1. In the Debugging Window, choose Debug Debugging Options. Or, in the Sun WorkShop main window, choose Options Debugging Options.

2. In the Debugging Options Dialog Box, click the Command Line Only tab

3. At Maximum linesof output for the list command, etype a number in the text box.

4. Click OK to apply the change to the current session, or click Save as Defaults and then click OK to apply it to all sessions.

Note - This option is equivalent to the dbx output_list_size Environment Variable.
