Buttons

Add	Adds an environment variable to the scrolling list
Change	Changes the selected environment variable
Delete	Deletes the selected environment variable
Delete All	Deletes all entries in the scrolling list
Clear	Deletes all entries in the Name and Value text boxes
OK	Applies changes and closes the dialog box
Apply	Applies changes without closing the dialog box
Cancel	Closes the dialog box without applying changes
Help	Displays help for the Environment Variables dialog box
