Advanced Defaults

In the Advanced Defaults tab of the Debugging Options Dialog Box, you can set defaults on advanced options, including:

• The version of dbx's built-in disassembler (see Setting the Disassembler Version)
• Whether to save tty settings when switching between debugging and a program (see Saving tty Settings)
• Whether to call a new process group after a fork (see Calling a New Process Group After a Fork)
• Whether to check that dbx has exclusive control of the program being debugged (see Checking that dbx has Exclusive Control of the Program)
• Whether to require inclusion of critical dbx libraries (see Requiring Inclusion of Critical dbx Libraries)
