Fork and Thread Defaults

In the Forks and Threads category of the Debugging Options Dialog Box you can set options for following at a fork, breakpoint inheritance, and threads. You can select:

• Which process to follow after a program forks (see Setting Which Process to Follow After a Fork)
• To have the child process inherit the parent's breakpoints(se Setting Whether Child Inherits Breakpoints)
• To debug a large number of LWPs (lightweight processes) (see Debugging a Large Number of LWPs)
